If the training you have completed does not issue it's own Certificate please use the Colorado Contractor Hub Certificate of Completion template.
Please ensure the following information in provided in the Certificate:
- Attendee first and last name
- Name of the training as listed in the Training Center
- Signature from trainer
- Date of issueance
